Amiens (Deep Field/Combat Kitty) has done nothing but improve since stepping up to full paced work. This morning, he galloped over 800 metres in company with stablemate Yao Dash (Smart Missile/Rahy Storm). The pair bowled over the track head to head and quickened nicely down the straight to stop the clock at 12.3 seconds for the final furlong. Jockey Nash Rawiller, who was aboard for the effort commented, "I was happy with his work, he was strong throughout and when I asked him to pick up the pace he responded really well." Amiens is taking shape nicely and the full paced gallops are really bringing his fitness to the next level as he edges closer to a trial.

Pierro Rose (Pierro/Rose Of Sharon) was all business in her gallop over 800 metres at three quarter pace in company with stablemate Yawk Yawk (Wandjina/Spooked) this morning. The pair of fillies worked over the track in a relaxed fashion and strode out nicely down the straight to stop the clock at a steady 14.6 seconds for the final furlong. Jockey Nash Rawiller made the comment, "I really like this filly, she is so well balanced and moves very freely. She could be a really nice filly this Spring or next Autumn." Pierro Rose is ticking all the boxes at this early stage of her preparation and she continues to please every rider that gets on her back.

Purposeful Miss (Shooting To Win/Premeditated) has returned to the stables in great order and this morning, she put in a stylish gallop over 800 metres at three quarter pace in company with stablemate Doubell (Olympic Glory/Covertly). The pair got into a good rhythm early on and maintained a steady pace throughout the gallop to stop the clock at 15.1 seconds for the final furlong. Work rider Bastian Neuhaus, who partnered the filly commented, "She is such a straightforward filly. She just gets on with the job and wants to please you. I was happy with her work today." Purposeful Miss is a very sweet filly who puts her best foot forward each time she steps out onto the track.
