Trackwork Wednesday 13th October 2021

All Too Scottish (All Too Hard/Scottish) 3yo Filly :

All Too Scottish is working well and this morning she galloped solo over 100 metres on the polytrack. Ridden by work rider Jess Drury, she clocked 12 seconds over the final 200 metres and Jess said, "She was very relaxed, and she bowled along comfortably before stretching out nicely to the line. She's in great order." We are very pleased with the filly's progress, and she's come out of last week's run at Gosford in wonderful shape. She remains on target for either the Fillies & Mares Maiden Plate over 1200 metres at Kembla on 23rd October or the 3-Year-Old Maiden Plate over 1300 metres at Hawkesbury on 26th October.

Surf Dancer (Lope De Vega [IRE]/Beach Belle [GB]) 5yo Gelding :

Surf Dancer has been in training for four weeks and on Monday morning he completed three quarter pacework solo over 1000 metres on the polytrack. Ridden by apprentice Julia Presits, he clocked 13.7 seconds over the final 200 metres and Julia said, "He was focused on the job at hand and keen to do the work, and he is starting to build some fitness now" We are very pleased with his progress and he's coming up nicely at this early stage.

Urban Jewel (Capitalist/Urban Groove) 3yo Filly :

Urban Jewel is working well and this morning she galloped over 1000 metres on the polytrack alongside stablemate Decisive Move (American Pharoah /Gamble Me). Ridden by jockey Winona Costin, she clocked 11.5 seconds over the final 200 metres and Winona said, "I'm very happy with her today. She worked through her gears well and she was strong to the line." We are pleased with the filly, and she's done well since her impressive first trial. She sharper and even more focused for the outing, and she's on target to trial again next week.
