Trackwork Tuesday 7 August 2018

Arbeitsam (Snitzel/Workhard) has come through his trial in fine form which showed this morning when he bowled over 1000 metres alongside stablemate Shumookh (Dream Ahead/Shamekha). Jockey Tim Clark was aboard for the effort and commented, "He was my best this morning. The gelding worked well within himself and finished off strongly. He is going better now than he was this time last preparation, that was great work." We couldn't be more pleased with how Arbeitsam has pulled up from his trial, he looks fantastic and is in for a nice Spring campaign.

Sedanzer (Sebring/Voltdanze) has come through her trial very nicely, which showed this morning when she bowled over 1200 metres with jockey Tommy Berry in the irons. She galloped strongly this morning with Tommy commenting, "Sedanzer was my best this morning by a long way. She warmed into her work nicely and was doing her best work past the post. She's flying." This mare is really thriving this preparation and is certainly one to put your money on over the Spring wherever she goes.

Maggie Miss (Medaglia d'Oro/Rekindled Glory) earned 'Best of the Morning' honors from jockey Tim Clark this morning when bowling over 1000 metres. The filly showed good improvement in her fitness when she covered the final 200 metres in 11.4 seconds with Tim commenting, "She worked very strongly and finished off well. That was lovely work." We have Maggie Miss right where we want her as she edges closer to a trial in approximately 2 weeks' time..

Emirates Park's homebred 2yo filly, Shuhood (Snitzel/Shahad) got a 'Best of the Morning' from Steve when bowling over 600m alongside her stablemate. The filly clocked slick time in her final furlong with Steve commenting, "That was very good work. She's the ultimate professional and quickened up very well." She is fast approaching the early trials and is one to keep your eye on over the coming months.
