Trackwork Tuesday 29 January 2019

Sedanzer (Sebring/Voltdanze) made stepped up to full paced work this morning. The mare had no qualms with the faster pace and quickened nicely down the straight, stopping the clock at 12.9 seconds for the final furlong. Jockey Tim Clark was aboard for the effort and commented, "The mare is coming up well, that was a strong work." We couldn't be happier with how Sedanzer is coming to hand this preparation and she will soon be seen back at the trials in the coming weeks.

Wimlah (Sebring/Caiguna) earned 'Best of the Morning' honors from jockey Tim Clark this morning. The filly was all business in her gallop over 1000 metres, she relaxed early in the effort and quickened nicely down the straight to stop the clock at 12.7 seconds for the final furlong. Wimlah has tightened up beautifully following her trials and we look forward to getting her back to the racesat Gosford on the 12th of January.

Navy Cross (I Am Invincible/Watchful) bowled around the Course Proper stylishly this morning. The colt relaxed beautifully for jockey Glyn Schofield, covering the track with a good action and quickening down the straight to stop the clock at 12.0 seconds for the final furlong. Glyn commented, "He was my best this morning, he worked very strongly." Keep an eye on this talented colt over the coming weeks.

Master Ash (Sebring/Hanky Panky) was happy to stretch his legs out on the Course Proper this morning. The colt worked well over 1000 metres with jockey Tim Clark in the irons, covering the track with a lovely action and quickening in the straight to stop the clock at 12.2 seconds for the final furlong. Pleased with the effort Tim commented, "He relaxed beautifully today, that was excellent work." Master Ash is ticking all the boxes of a thriving colt at present and he is very much on track for his next start ni the Group 3 Eskimo Princes Stakes.
