Miss Anabanana (Redoute's Choice/Anabarbarian) has come through her trial in fine form, which showed in her gallop over 1000 metres this morning. The filly worked well in company with Dance Queen (Scintillo/Diva Dance) and the pair quickened nicely to the finish, stopping the clock at 11.6 seconds for the final furlong. Jockey James McDonald was aboard for the effort and commented, "The filly gave a lovely feel and she has a nice action. That was well done." Miss Anabanana has improved in leaps and bounds with the added experience under her belt and we will get her back to the trials soon.
Golden Avenger (Golden Archer/Sop) made the quantum leap to full paced work in his gallop over 600 metres this morning. The gelding handled the step up with ease and happily quickened down the straight to stop the clock at 11.7 seconds for the final furlong. Apprentice Quayde Krogh commented, "That was fantastic work, I was very happy with how he towed me through the finish." He pulled up having a small blow, which is only to be expected after his first full paced gallop this preparation, and the faster work will help bring his fitness to the next level.
Bullswool (Pierro/Confer) pleased in his gallop over 600 metres this morning. Alongside stablemate Yao Dash (Smart Missile/Rahy Strom), the colt relaxed into a nice rhythm and quickened to the finish to stop the clock at 11.7 seconds for the final furlong. Jockey Rachel King was aboard for the effort and commented, "The colt gave a lovely feel this morning, he feels like he has a lot of potential." We are happy with Bullswool's good improvement over the last week, he is coming up a treat this time in.
Dubai Harbour (Harbour Watch/Munyate) pleased in his gallop over 1000 metres this morning. He worked nicely alongside stablemate Wolfe (Novellist/Peace Of World) and the pair bowled down the straight in a steady fashion to stop the clock at 13.8 seconds for the final furlong. The gelding has tightened up beautifully since his return to the stable and we look forward to getting him back to the trials within the next few weeks.
