Take On Manhattan (Manhattan Rain/Le Clrecq) has come through his pleasing trial performance in great order and this morning, he galloped over 800 metres in company with stablemate Standforthe Anthem (Dissident/City Of Song). The well matched pair worked over the track stride to stride and showed a nice turn of foot to stop the clock at 11.8 seconds for the final furlong. Jockey James Innes Jnr, who was aboard for the effort commented, "He was lovely. He worked beautifully on the bridle bowling along comfortably. They worked to the line together nicely, they are a great pair these two." Take On Manhattan's gallop earned James' 'Best of the Morning' honours. The colt couldn't be training better at present and he is ticking all the boxes as he edges closer to his race debut this preparation.

Got Your Six (Snitzel/Nutkin) has returned to the stable in great order and looking an absolute treat. Over the past week, we have eased her back into the routine with plenty of slower paced trackwork and this morning, she kicked off her preparation with a gallop over 800 metres at three quarter pace. The filly did everything right in her gallop, she got into a nice, relaxed rhythm and maintained a steady pace down the straight to stop the clock at 14.9 seconds for the final furlong.

Spice Isle (Hinchinbrook/Grenada) has come through her promising effort in her trial on Friday in fantastic order and this morning, she put in a sharp gallop over 800 metres in company with stablemate Foxy Free (Foxwedge/Enciamo). The pair of fillies bowled over the track head to head and finished their gallop off strongly to stop the clock at 11.9 seconds for the final furlong. Apprentice jockey Louise Day, who partnered the filly commented, "She worked on the outside this morning and she was strong the whole way, she travelled really nicely in my hands and she towed me through the line. That was well done." Spice Isle continues to please every rider that gets on her back and she is right on track to have another trial in approximately ten days' time en route to her race debut.
