Trackwork Monday 26 November 2018

Invincible Vision (I Am Invincible/Eye For Fun) has returned to the stable a sound and happy colt, and this morning he commenced his pacework over 600 metres at three quarter pace alongside stablemate and Breeders' Plate contender, Fiery Red (Pierro/Blazing Snitzel). The pair were total professionals as they bowled around the track with a good action and stopped the clock at 14.4 seconds for their final furlong. We will continue to develop the two colts slowly over the coming weeks to ensure that they have a strong base fitness, which will give them every chance to succeed this preparation. We have high hopes for these two.

Redoute's Choice/Invest put in a pleasing gallop over 600 metres at three quarter pace this morning. He worked nicely in company with Gogol (I Am Invincible/Fatoon), and the pair galloped down the straight in a lovely rhythm to stop the clock at 14.5 seconds for the final furlong. The colt is still gaining fitness at this early stage in his preparation so we have incorporated plenty of swimming in to his regime to help bring him along. We are pleased with how Redoute's Choice/Invest improves each time he steps on to the track and we think he has a bright future ahead of him.

Our Crown Mistress (Star Witness/Barangaroo) hit the ground running this morning in her gallop over 1000 metres. The mare skipped over the track with a smile on her face and showed a good turn of foot down the straight to stop the clock at 11.8 seconds for the final furlong. She looks a treat at present and we have implemented plenty of swimming in to her regime to her keep her ticking over as she edges closer to her next assignment at Magic Millions.
