Trackwork Monday 22 October 2018

I Am Invincible/Princess Peggy is thriving in his work at present. This morning, the colt bowled over 600 metres at three quarter pace in company with stablemate Zoustar/Too Discreet. The colts galloped in a good rhythm down the straight to cover the final furlong in 16.0 seconds. Apprentice Quayde Krogh was in the irons and commented, "He is still learning but he's beautifully balanced and he will really improve as he gains further experience."

Mistress Mouse (I Am Invincible/Quack It) bowled over 600 metres at three quarter pace alongside stablemate Shuwaamekh (Snitzel/Shamekha) this morning. The pair galloped in a lovely rhythm down the straight to stop the clock at 15.1 seconds for the final furlong. Mistress Mouse has a real spring in her step at the moment. She is steadily improving this time in, with the best yet to come as we intensify her regime.

Rapid Fire (Shooting To Win/Becerra) has returned to the stable looking a picture. This morning, the colt commenced his pacework over 600 metres at half pace alongside stablemate Hey Mighty (Fastnet Rock/Pear Tart). The pair galloped with good focus down the straight to stop the clock at 16.7 seconds for the final furlong. We will develop the colt slowly over the coming weeks to ensure that he has a strong base fitness.

Not A Single Doubt/Tingirana bowled over 600 metres at three quarter pace this morning. She worked well in company with Medaglia d'Oro/Gabbidon and covered the final furlong in 16.0 seconds. The filly pulled up having a small blow, which indicates that she will improve in fitness from the effort. We will build this sweet filly up steadily in order to give her every chance to succeed this time in.
