Trackwork Friday 14 May 2019

It was another busy morning at Randwick with plenty of horses jumping out. 

One filly that particularly caught our attention was Foxy Free (Foxwedge/Enciamo). The two-year-old filly flew out of the gates in first position and mustered good speed to maintain her position to the turn. Work rider Bastian Neuhaus who was aboard for the effort commented, "She was very sharp today, she showed great gate speed and travelled down the straight beautifully. I couldn't fault her work." Foxy Free is coming up nicely for us this preparation and we were delighted with her effort this morning. 

Mardi Girl (Animal Kingdom/Mardi), Lakia (Redoute's Choice/Arabian Gold) and Point Of Interest (The Factor/Streaking Comet) put in a great performance this morning in their jumpout on the grass. All  three fillies showed great gate speed and hit the ground running.  They will only improve from today's effort as they edge closer to a trial.
