The son of Bullet Train, REGAL CANNON (ex Duchess Daisy) was jockey Blake Shinn's best this morning when working over 1200m solo on the dirt track. Clocking a time of 12.4 seconds for his final furlong, Blake made the comment, "I am very happy with him, he continues to improve this preparation," and has really come on since his first up run over an unsuitable trip. He is on track to get back to the races in the next 10 days.

CLASSIC PLAYER (Declaration Of War/Miss Milanese) was eye catching in his work this morning over in a trio over 800m. Senior rider Steve O'Halloran was in the saddle and made the comment, "It was super work, he ran through the line and was focused in running." The colt is doing everything right at this stage of his preparation and is fast approaching a trial in the coming weeks.

"MAJOR WAGER (Exceed And Excel/Granada Road) is very switched on and know's what she's doing," according to Steve this morning when working the filly over 600m at three-quarter pace alongside her stablemate. It was only a steady three-quarter pace but she is handling her work with ease at this stage of her preparation and is certainly heading the right way.
