CHAIN OF FOOLS (More Than Ready/Burgeis) was apprentice Rachel King's best this morning when cruising over 1200m alongside her stablemate PENNY STAR (Star Witness/Don't Countya). The pair worked home over their final 200m in 11.8 seconds with Rachel commenting, "It was very strong work," and jockey Adam Hyeronimus commented on his mount, "She has really improved over the last 10 days."

Another pair that matched well were 2YO Magic Millions graduates, SEBRING/ROYAL CHALEE and STAR WITNESS/TAYLOR'S COMMAND. They bowled comfortably over 600m with Rachel commenting on the Sebring filly, "She is a lovely individual with a good idea of what is being asked of her. She's very capable and enjoys her work." Adam reported on the Star Witness filly, "She's a big, robust horse with plenty of strength and determination about her. She's all class." Both are being aimed at qualifying for the Magic Millions 2YO Classic in January.

SOVIET (Stratum/Inchita) put in a very pleasing gallop for senior rider Steve O'Halloran this morning. Cruising over 1000m on the B-grass, Steve made the comment, "It was very good work. he was much more settled working on his own and he got into a lovely rhythm throughout. He's coming up very well." We have Soviet's 2YO half sister, LONHRO/INCHITA in training at present. She is shaping up to be quite the natural 2YO type and we have very high hopes for her.
