The mighty mare ENGLISH (Encosta De Lago/Court) has returned to the stable and is coming to hand really well at this early stage. This morning she pleased her regular rider Steve O'Halloran when bowling over 1200m solo. It was nice, steady work with Steve commenting, "It was very good. She cruised around happily and is feeling really well in herself.

OUR CROWN MISTRESS (Star Witness/Barangaroo) heads back to the trials at Warwick Farm on Thursday after a solid gallop this morning over 1200m with Steve in the saddle. Clocking a time of 12.2 seconds for her final furlong, Steve commented, "She bowled around nicely and did that well."

"PROMPT RESPONSE (Beneteau/Prompt) is going super," according to apprentice Rachel King when working the mare over 1200m. She was very strong through the line, clocking a time of 11.2 seconds for her final furlong with Rachel also reporting, "She feels great and is very professional." Prompt Response is working a treat and is will be prepared to trial in the coming weeks.

BOUDICEA BELLE (Smart Missile/Miss Vandal) has come through her debut in terrific order and this morning she was Steve's equal best 2 year old when galloping over 800m solo. "It was super work, she really let down well," according to Steve with the filly clocking a time of 11.0 seconds for her final furlong." She will now head back to the races at Gosford on the 11th of January.

ARBEITSAM (Snitzel/Workhard) has only continued to thrive since his third in the Group 1 Doncaster Mile and this morning he was Steve O'Halloran's best. 


MAID MARILYN (Stratum x Longlea) has come through her recent trial well which showed in her work on Thursday morning.  


WEDGIE (Foxwedge x Undercover) has come through her last start brilliantly which showed in her work on Tuesday morning.  


MAID MARILYN (Stratum/Longlea) was joined by Luskintyre Lass (Snitzel/Gold Fortune) for a 1000 metre gallop at three-quarter pace on Friday
