Trackwork Tuesday 17 April 2018

ARBEITSAM (Snitzel/Workhard) has only continued to thrive since his third in the Group 1 Doncaster Mile and this morning he was Steve O'Halloran's best when bowling over 1200m on the course proper. Clocking his final furlong in 11.3 seconds, Steve made the comment, "It was really good work. He's a happy horse, he quickened up nicely and feels super." The gelding will be back on the track over the coming weeks. Keep an eye out for him.

ECUADOR (High Chaparral/Bak Da Princess) has come through his last start in sensational order and this morning was jockey Tim Clark's best when cruising over 1200m on the course proper. The gelding stopped the clock at 11.9 seconds for his final furlong with Tim commenting, "It was beautiful work. He will be very hard to beat next start," which will be this Saturday at Randwick in the Group 3 JRA Plate.

SEDANZER (Sebring/Voltdanze) looked very fluid this morning when working over 1200m on the B-grass with apprentice Rachel King in the saddle. She made easy work of the gallop, running home in 12.2 seconds for her final furlong with Rachel commenting, "It was a very good gallop. She really trucked along nicely and feels fresh and well in herself." The mare was Rachel's best of the morning and will next be seen at Hawkesbury on the 23rd of April for the Group 3 Godolphin Crown.
