MAID MARILYN (Stratum x Longlea) has come through her recent trial well which showed in her work on Thursday morning. She galloped over 1000 metres with apprentice Rachel King aboard, hitting the line strongly to clock her final furlong in 11.4 seconds. Rachel commented, “She worked really well this morning. She focused entirely on her work and built up to the line to line brilliantly.”

HISTORY REPEATS (More Than Ready x Tuesday Joy) made a positive impression on senior rider Steve O’Halloran on Thursday morning. She was Steve’s pick of the morning as she galloped over 1200 metres with ears pricked to clock her final furlong in 12 seconds. Steve commented, “She was completely settled throughout her work this morning. She really focused on the task at hand and gave me a very good ride.” With another trial in sight soon, this mare is bound to continue to impress.

LUSKINTYRE LASS (Snitzel x Gold Fortune) has pulled up from her recent run brilliantly and will only continue to impress over the coming weeks. With apprentice Rachel King aboard, the filly galloped over 1200 metres hitting the line strongly to clock her final furlong in 11.8 seconds. The filly was Rachel’s pick of the morning and she commented, “She put in a really strong effort this morning. She has improved out of sight after her recent run and will only continue to improve.” Stay tuned, she is set to return to the races in the coming weeks!
