FLAME OF LOVE (Smart Missile/Burningwood) was apprentice Rachel King's best on Thursday morning when working over 1200m solo on the dirt. Clocking her final furlong in 12.3 seconds, Rachel made the comment, "It was very good work. She has come through her trial super and is ready to go." The mare will now head to Nowra on the 20th for the Belle Of The South. She's one to watch this campaign.

Jockey James McDonald was really pleased with HISTORY REPEATS (More Than Ready/Tuesday Joy) when working the mare over 1200m on the B-grass. James made the comment, "She was brilliant. She relaxed well and quickened up right to the line. She's a happy horse," clocking her final furlong in 11.7 seconds.The mare is on track to head to Newcastle on the 19th of May for her first start this campaign.

PROMPT RESPONSE (Beneteau/Prompt) has returned a treat from her short spell and on Thursday morning she pleased Rachel when striding out over 1000m. Clocking her final furlong in 13.3 seconds, Rachel commenting, "It was nice and relaxed work. She's a lovely mare and is very good order." She is on target to contest the Group 1 Stradbroke Handicap at Doomben on the 9th of June.
