Trackwork Thursday 01 November 2018

March On Selma (Dissident/Chiquada) is coming up a treat this preparation. This morning, she showed improved fitness in her gallop over 600 metres. The filly worked nicely in company with Medaglia D'Oro/Gabbidon and the pair quickened down the straight to stop the clock at 13.4 seconds for the final furlong. March On Selma skipped over the track with a nice action and smile on her face. She is happy in her work and is steadily advancing towards mastering her trade.

Cabeza De Vaca (Northern Meteor/Dirty) has returned to the stable looking an absolute picture. This morning, he commenced his pacework over 1000 metres at three quarter pace with jockey Rachel King in the irons. He relaxed early in to the effort and bowled over the final furlong in 14.9 seconds. Rachel commented, "The gelding feels fantastic, he was a total professional as usual. That was great work." We couldn't be happier with how the gelding has begun his preparation.

Fearless Girl (All Too Hard/Daly River) has strengthened up nicely over the past few weeks. This morning, the filly commenced her pacework over 800 metres at three quarter pace. With Ed Fiddes in the irons, Fearless Girl bowled over the track with a good action and covered the final furlong in 14.3 seconds. The filly will improve as she gains fitness over the coming weeks and we look forward to developing her this time in.

Time Stamp (Tapit/Hour Glass) has returned to the stable looking an absolute picture. This morning, the gelding commenced his pacework over 800 metres at three quarter pace. He bowled over the track with a good action and showed exemplary focus down the straight to stop the clock at 15.3 seconds for the final furlong. We have implemented plenty of swimming and High Performance Treadmill work in to this gelding's regime to help him gain strength over the coming days.
