Trackwork Monday 17 June 2017

Roll Of Thunder (Toorak Toff/Fighting Flyer) and Rachel King galloped over 5 furlongs this morning. The filly continues to progress nicely towards her first trial in a few weeks with Rachel commenting, “Her work was really good, she relaxed well and is doing everything asked of her at this stage. She was my best this morning."

Fresh Start (Pierro/Cadazzle) with Adam Hyeronimus and Follow On (Pierro/Mica’s Pride) with senior work rider Steve O’Halloran cruised comfortably over 5 furlongs before sliding home over their final 200 metres 11.7 seconds. The pair are developing beautifully this preparation with Adam commenting, "He’s doing it very easily in himself and was my best this morning.” Steve was equally impressed with his mount adding, "He’s a really nice horse with a big future."

Savapinski (Savabeel/Swarovski) did a sharp piece of work under jockey Adam Hyeronimus this morning when cruising over 1200 metres. The filly’s fitness continues to improve as she ran the last 200m in 11.8 seconds. Adam said afterwards, “I was impressed with that work, she’s fit and feeling well."

Social Element (Savabeel/Pare) has come out of his recent trial in good form and this morning he breezed over 1200 metres with Adam in the plate. Adam reported the gelding to be well within himself and that he found the line well, working home over his final 200 metres in 11.2 seconds.. The gelding will trial again in the next few weeks after which he will be programmed to run.
