Himalaya Flyer (Toorak Toff/Steel A Peak) showed off his high cruising speed in a 1400m gallop this morning, topped off with an 35.4 seconds for his final 600m. He has always shown good ability this gelding and it'll be exciting to see him put it all together when he returns to the track this preparation.

Josh Parr’s best of the morning was 2YO colt French Tune (Your Song/De Puivert). “An A-Grader” was Josh's glowing description of this youngster. He is going from strength to strength this preparation and will be looking forward to showcasing this in a trial, after an easy victory in his debut trial last time in.

Chloe’s Comet (Northern Meteor/Chloe) showed a maturing attitude today under South African jockey Keagan Latham. He reported, “She’s settling much better early on and just gets the job done”, with the racey mare running home over her last 200m in 11.5 seconds.

A promising pair of two year old fillies, Showy Zoe (Fastnet Rock/Urban Groove) and Shumookh (Dream Ahead/Shamekha), did a professional three quarter pace gallop together this morning. Tommy Berry rated Shumookh as his best of the morning, explaining that the filly, “does whatever you like”, whilst Josh Parr was equally as impressed with his mount reporting, "I like her a lot. She has plenty of potential." Look out for these two at the trials in the not too distant future.
