Trackwork Tuesday 29 November 2016
Arbeitsam (Snitzel/Workhard) has come through his debut win in great order and on Tuesday morning he was jockey Josh Parr's best of the morning when working over 1200m on the Kenso. The win has brought this gelding on in leaps and bounds ahead of his second up run in the next 10 days.
Fabrizio (High Chaparral/Desina) continues to please since returning to the stable and this morning he received a glowing report from Steve O'Halloran when working over 1200m. Picking up over his final 200m in a steady 12.9 seconds, Steve commented, "He's doing everything right and was easily my best of the morning." Look out for this gelding in the not too distant future in some nice Black Type events.
The 2YO daughter of Pierro, Pinot (Pierro/Dizelle) is coming to hand beautifully this preparation and this morning she put in a solid gallop over 600m alongside her stablemate Oasis Dream/Maxi Dress. Both fillies are working the house down and are fast approaching their debut trials over the next 10 days.
"Debonairly (Snitzel/Crystal Choir) is a very nice filly," according to Steve after galloping the filly over 600m on the Kenso. Running home over her final 200m in 11.4 seconds, Steve also added, "She was my best 2YO for the morning, she has a terrific attitude towards her work and is always willing to please." What more could you ask for? She is coming up a treat and will be making her debut appearance at the Warwick Farm trials on Friday.
Invincible Star (I Am Invincible/Romany Flyer) is coming up nicely and on Tuesday morning she stepped out over 600m with Steve in the saddle. This filly is already a Group 3 winner with only one run under her belt and she is right on track to head to Magic Millions in January.
Ugo Foscolo (Zacinto/Bequests) has trained on beautifully since his most recent trial and on Thursday morning he cruised over 1200m.
Group 1 All Aged Stakes victor, English (Encosta De Lago/Court) is coming to hand very well
The very stylish gelding Lord Macau (Casino Prince/Sweet Cheeks) has bounced out of his first up run at Canterbury in sensational order.
New Zealand Group 1 1000 Guineas winner, Ugo Foscolo (Zacinto/Bequests) has settled into his new home here at Tulloch Lodge in terrific order.
