Trackwork Tuesday 26 September 2017

PANDEMONIUM (Sebring/Tapanappa) had her main gallop of the week this morning when working over 1200m with apprentice Rachel King in the saddle. Running home over her final 200m in 11.9 seconds, Rachel made the comment, "She was very focused and full of running today. She's feeling fresh and is ready to go on Saturday," when she contests the Group 1 Flight Stakes over 1600m with the magic man Joao Moreira booked to ride.

Group 1 contender SEDANZER (Sebring/Voltdanze) has returned to training in super order and this morning was Rachel's best when working over 1200m alongside her stablemate BLONDE INTUITION (Redoute's Choice/Hanky Panky). The pair sprinted home over their final furlong in 11.5 seconds and both received glowing feedback from their respective jockeys. The two fillies will be seen back at the trials in the near future.

ENGLISH (Encosta De Lago/Court) was Steve O'Halloran's best this morning when having her main gallop of the week leading into Saturday's Group 2 Premier Stakes over 1200m. The mare worked home over her final 200m in 11.8 seconds on the course proper with Steve commenting, "It was very good work. She feels super and towed me to the line. I can't fault her." The Group 1 winner is full of beans, she has shown very nice improvement from her first up run and she is raring to go on Saturday.

It's All About The Girls' filly GLAMOUR CRUISE (Smart Missile/Bondarenko) was Steve O'Halloran's best 2YO of the morning when working over 600m alongside her stablamate. She picked up over her final 200m in a quick 11.2 seconds with Steve commenting, "It was really good work. She is improving with each gallop and was very strong to the line." This filly has a nice idea of what is being asked of her and is fast approaching her first official trial in the next few weeks.

Another daughter of SMART MISSILE out of the mare, CERTAIN PROMISE partnered Glamour Cruise and really pleased her rider Harry Bailey. The pair went head to head over their final furlong, sprinting competitively down the straight with Harry commenting, "I really like this filly. She can certainly gallop and feels like a ready made 2YO." She too is approaching her first official trial in the next few weeks.
