WESTROCK (Pierro/Mae Gone West) was apprentice Rachel King's best this morning when bowling comfortably over 1000m. Working home over his final 200m in 11.2 seconds, Rachel made the comment, "He is settling well in his work and is doing it very easily in himself." The gelding is progressing well this preparation and is heading towards a trial in the coming weeks.

First Light Racing's 2yo filly, PER INCANTO/FAST QUICKSTEP pleased Rachel this morning when working over 600m alongside her stablemates. Running home over her final 200m in 11.9 seconds, Rachel made the comment, "She can gallop and is doing it very easily in herself."

The daughter of Sepoy, LONE (ex Faster Pussycat) got the tick of approval from jockey Tim Clark this morning when bowling over 1000m. She flew home over her final furlong in 11.1 seconds with Tim commenting, "I really like this mare. She will get over plenty of ground and she gives you a really nice feel." She will commence her campaign at the trials in the next 7-10 days.

COONAWARRA (Snitzel/Roses 'N' Wine) looks set for a nice run first up at Newcastle on the 4th after a strong performance this morning over 1200m. Working alongside his stablemate, the gelding looked very focused throughout, working to the line in 11.3 seconds for his final furlong with Tim commenting, "He really pleased me and is doing it easily in himself."

ARBEITSAM (Snitzel/Workhard) has only continued to thrive since his third in the Group 1 Doncaster Mile and this morning he was Steve O'Halloran's best. 


MAID MARILYN (Stratum x Longlea) has come through her recent trial well which showed in her work on Thursday morning.  


WEDGIE (Foxwedge x Undercover) has come through her last start brilliantly which showed in her work on Tuesday morning.  


MAID MARILYN (Stratum/Longlea) was joined by Luskintyre Lass (Snitzel/Gold Fortune) for a 1000 metre gallop at three-quarter pace on Friday
