Trackwork Thursday 28 December 2017

SANTOS (I Am Invincible/Ghaliah) continues to come to hand really nice this preparation and this morning he was Steve O'Halloran's best 2 year old when bowling over 800m. Clocking a time of 11.2 seconds for his final furlong, Steve commented, "It was really strong work. He feels great." The colt is not far off a trial this time in.

Another best this morning was the entire STAMPEDE (High Chaparral/Nothin' Leica Cat) who strode over 1200m with Steve on board. Steve reported, "It was very good work, he is doing it easily in himself," running home in 11.6 seconds for his final furlong. The entire is too not far off a trial in the coming weeks.

Listed winner OUR CROWN MISTRESS (Star Witness/Barangaroo) pleased apprentice Rachel King this morning when cruising over 1000m alongside her stablemate WOMAN (Frankel/More Joyous). The pair partnered well, running home in 11.6 seconds for their final furlong. Both fillies are ones to keep a very close eye on in the coming months.

PANDEMONIUM (Sebring/Tapanappa) continues to receive glowing reports since returning this preparation and this morning she pleased Rachel when bowling over 1000m. Working home over her final furlong in 11.9 seconds, Rachel made the comment, "That was super work. She has come back very well."
