Trackwork Friday 8 December 2017

The three-year-old filly Madonnica (Snitzel/Donnica) put in a fantastic piece of work this morning bowling over 1000m. She clocked a time of 12.5 seconds in her last furlong with jockey Adam Hyeronimus returning saying, “That was very good work. She ran on to the line well and feels great.”

Runaway (Manhattan Rain/Catshaan) paired up with his stablemate for a brilliant piece of work today under senior rider Steve O’Halloran. Bowling over 1200m at a three-quarter pace and clocking his last furlong in 14.2 seconds, Steve made the comment, “I am really happy with that, he was strong all the way to the line.”

Wedgie (Foxwedge/Undercover) this morning worked alongside stable mate Hemingways (Delago Deluxe/Forever The Chill.) Galloping over 1000m the pair clocked their last furlong in 11.5 seconds with Adam Hyeronimus saying of the Foxwedge filly, “She got into a nice rhythm and was very relaxed. She was strong to the line, that was great work from her,” whilst jockey Tim Clark reported on Hemingways, "She is really coming to hand well."

The following two year olds went through their paces at this morning’s jumpouts.

Bandol (Snitzel/Miss Match) – Rachel said “She was very good and is developing her technique well. She flew out of the gates.”

Ulusaba (Exceed and Excel/Mabsam) – Steve said, “Ulusaba did everything right. He hit the ground running and is ready to trial once fit.”


Trackwork Tuesday 17 April 2018

ARBEITSAM (Snitzel/Workhard) has only continued to thrive since his third in the Group 1 Doncaster Mile and this morning he was Steve O'Halloran's best. 


MAID MARILYN (Stratum x Longlea) has come through her recent trial well which showed in her work on Thursday morning.  


WEDGIE (Foxwedge x Undercover) has come through her last start brilliantly which showed in her work on Tuesday morning.  


MAID MARILYN (Stratum/Longlea) was joined by Luskintyre Lass (Snitzel/Gold Fortune) for a 1000 metre gallop at three-quarter pace on Friday
