THUNDER PACE is thriving on his work and on Friday bowled over 600 meters with stablemate Dubai Harbour (Harbour Watch/Munyate). The pair worked well together, galloping strongly to the line to clock a final furlong in 11.7 seconds. Apprentice Rachel King was aboard and commented, "It was a strong work from him, he did it well within himself and had more up his sleeve." The colt continues to please and we will pencil him in to trial in the next couple of weeks.

PENSKE is very eager in his training and on Friday morning he galloped over 1200 meters solo with jockey Tim Clark aboard. He stayed on well clocking his final furlong in 11.1 seconds. Tim commented, "He was a bit keen this morning and wanted to do more than I asked of him." I continue to be happy with how he is handling his work this preparation.

AMERICAN LIGHT stepped up his work this week, comfortably galloping 1200 meters at three-quarter pace on Wednesday with stablemate Last Starfighter (Star Witness/New Style). The pair partnered well and clocked a final furlong of 15 seconds. Today he participated in a jump out, where he loaded well and stood quietly. He was slow away but picked up well and jockey Adam Hyeronimus commented “He did everything right, I am very happy with how he went.”
