Wolfe Gets The Job Done

Japanese Import , Wolfe (Novellist/Peace Of World) was exceptional on Saturday winning first up over 1800 metres.  The talented gelding got the perfect run in behind his stablemate and when jockey Tim Clark gave him a squeeze, he picked up effortlessly winning by just under a length from Stampede (High Chaparral/Nothin' Leica Cat) who certainly gave him something to chase.

Saturday’s victory brings up his fifth career win and what an exciting horse he is for his wonderful group of owners and us all here at Tulloch Lodge. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to kick off his Spring campaign, the plan now is to prepare him for the $160,000 Group 3 Premier's Cup over 1900m at Rosehill on the 31st of August.
