Trackwork Tuesday 24th March 2020

Navy Cross (I Am Invincible/Watchful) is working well and this morning he galloped solo over 1000 metres on the polytrack. Ridden by work rider Cory Jones, he clocked 12.6 seconds over the final 200 metres and Cory said, "He was very good today and he travelled strongly. He had a blow afterwards, but this is normal for him." We are very pleased with this gelding and he’s come out of last week’s trial in fantastic order. We will bring him along towards another trial in the next 7-10 days and we can't wait to see how he gets on.

Romantic Whisper (Medaglia D'Oro/Love To Tell) is working well and this morning she galloped solo over 1000 metres on the polytrack. Ridden by work rider Alana Pearson, she clocked 11.2 seconds over the final 200 metres and Alana said, "That was lovely work and she feels great after her race." We couldn’t be happier with this mare and she looks a picture with her first up run under her belt. She’s fitter and tighter in her condition and she’s on target for the Fillies & Mares’ Benchmark 70 Handicap over 1500 metres at Rosehill on 1st April.

Regal Stage (Redoute's Choice/Estelle Collection) is working well and this morning he galloped solo over 1000 metres on the steeple grass. Ridden by jockey Quayde Krogh, he clocked 12.3 seconds over the final 200 metres and Quayde said, "That was lovely work. He relaxed nicely in the early stages and he was strong and focussed to the line." We are very pleased with this gelding and he’s come out of last week’s trial in fantastic order. He’s on target for the Benchmark 70 Handicap over 1200 metres also at Rosehill on 1st April and we can't wait to see him make his reappearance.

Shuhood (I Am Invincible/Shahad) is working well and this morning she galloped solo over 1000 metres on the steeple grass. Ridden by work rider Lauren De Arias Huep, she clocked 11.9 seconds over the final 200 metres and Lauren said, "That was lovely work. She worked along nicely at the start and she was relaxed but focused. She quickened well when I asked her to and she was strong through the line, doing it all easily on the bridle." We are delighted with this filly and she has come out of last week’s trial in flying form. She’s fitter and tighter in her condition and she’s on target for the Fillies & Mares’ Maiden Handicap over 1100 metres at Gosford on 2nd April.
