Trackwork Thursday 15 August 2019

It was a very exciting Thursday morning with our first group of yearlings stepping out onto the grass track to gallop on.

Delaware (Dissident/Fortress) and Hinchinbrook/Elwaaryaa '17 could have not been more impressive as they made the step up to three quarter pace this morning. The well matched pair of fillies looked like an older pair of horses as they strode out over the track head to head quickening nicely down the straight to stop the clock at 14.1 seconds for the final furlong.

Missouri Waltz (Hinchinbrook/Tetsuko) and Profiterole (Snitzel/Real Stolle) also stepped up to three quarter pace today and we couldn't have been happier with what we saw.  The two fillies were an absolute pleasure to watch as they stretched out over the grass working through their gears down the straight to stop the clock at 13.8 seconds for the final furlong.
