Trackwork Friday 6th December 2019

Another Friday and yet another set of grass jumpouts. If last week was a bit quieter than usual, this week more than made up for it as we put 17 of our horses through their paces.

Group one consisted of Sebring/Caiguna, Yaletown (Vancouver/Marianne), No Way To Know (No Nay Never/Like A Song) and Medaglia D’Oro/Fireworks.  These youngsters all behaved impeccably and jumped out in a uniform line. No Way To Know was particularly professional and we can't wait to see her trial in the near future.

Group two was made up of Dalakhani/Battle Line,  and stablemates Charge Forward/Love Is Fickle, AbsolutePuzzle (Rubick/Without Exception), Cosmic King (Animal Kingdom/Cosmic Belle) and More Joie (More Than Ready/Ma Joie). Some of these were having their first jumpout, so the experience will do them the world of good and they'll be sharper and wiser next time around.

Group three consisted of Double Ex (Exosphere/Excessively), Understatement (Fastnet Rock/Pear Tart), Noble Privilege (Lonhro/Queen Of The Hill) and Burdekin (Written Tycoon/Homedge). Double Ex absolutely flew out of the barriers and given that this is his first preparation and only his second ever jumpout, he looks like an exciting colt and we can't wait to see him trial soon.  The others all acquitted themselves very nicely and this will bring them along in their development very well.

The final group was made up of stablemates I Am Invincible/Recurring Dream, Vreneli (Wandjina/Helvetia), Fortune Seeker (Written Tycoon/No Looking Back) and Mezenn (Fastnet Rock/Mizzna). Again these youngsters wouldn't be the most experienced, however they all behaved like old hands and we are very happy with them. Vreneli absolutely flew out of the barriers and he looks like a promising colt.
