Trackwork Friday 24th January 2020

It was a very muggy morning at Randwick today but we still managed to put 7 horses through their paces with a grass jumpout.

Vancouver/Euryale and Brass Knuckles (More Than Ready/Rare Fragrance) were first up and they both put in a lovely piece of work. Brass Knuckles is not far off a trial now, so we will continue to tap away at his fitness in the next couple of weeks and we look forward to seeing how he performs and progresses in this preparation.

Next up we had some more established performers in the shape of Echo Lad (Squamosa/Porcellanus), Pincer (Redoute's Choice/Pretty Pins) and The Lifeline (Pierro/Princess Quality). As you can imagine, these more seasoned types know their job and we couldn't be more pleased with all of them. They'll all be ready to trial in the coming weeks, hopefully en route to fruitful and successful preparations on the track.

Our final group was made up of two unraced 2 year olds: Medaglia D'Oro/Invest and Hinchinbrook/Koonoomoo. The former is a very focussed colt and he's made great progress in recent weeks and should be ready to trial soon. The latter is a lovely filly who's also come on in leaps and bounds in her preparation and we couldn't be happier with her.
