Trackwork Friday 22nd November 2019

It's Friday again which means one thing...grass jumpouts.

We had three groups out today and the first was made up of Squamosa/Lucand Star, Burdekin (Written Tycoon/Homedge), Yaletown (Vancouver/Marianne) and Double Ex (Exosphere/Excessively). As you, they jumped out nicely on the whole but some of these babies are still displaying signs of greeness, which is exactly why we do this. They're getting the practice they need to ensure they're aware of their job when it counts: at the races.

Group two consisted of Sebring/Caiguna, No Way To Know (No Nay Never/Like A Song) and Medaglia D’Oro/Fireworks. Sebring/Caiguna is still a little unsure of his job, but this experience will have done him the world of good. The other two were very alert and professional and we are very pleased with them.

The final group was made up of Beaumains (Medaglia D’Oro/Lady Lynette), Classic Bright (Redoute’s Choice/Kneeling) and Bullswool (Pierro/Confer). Again, they were very good for the most part and put their experience to good use.
