Gai Waterhouse & Adrian Bott Racing

Trackwork Friday 22nd May 2020

It was a cold and blustery morning at Randwick but we still managed to put three groups through their paces with a jumpout.

The first group consisted of Brass Knuckles (More Than Ready/Rare Fragrance), Ahso (Sebring/Quench The Thirst) and Highest Standard (Your Song/Set The Limit). Ahso was having his first jumpout this preparation, so he will improve a lot with this experience under his belt. The other two pleased us enormously and they'll be ready to trial in the coming weeks.

The second group was an all girls' affair with Saturnina (Vancover/Designated Driver), All That Sass (Hinchinbrook/Koonoomoo) and La Foret (Deep Field/Najaah) a;; performing with huge credit.  We'll tap away at their fitness levels for a couple of weeks before sending them to a trial and we can't wait to watch their progress.

The final group was one for the colts with For Valour (Zoustar/Miss Valor), StarSparks (Medaglia D’Oro/Fireworks) and Yardstick (Criterion/Exceleine) all having a good hit out.  For Valour will improve for this experience and have another jumpout in a couple of weeks, whilst the other two couldn't be pleasing us more and we're excited to see how they get on in a trial next month.
