WHISKEY SHOOTER (Race 8, 5:10pm, 1100 metres, No. 13, jockey Declan Bates, 54kg)

Whiskey Shooter (Sebring/Rocha) three-year old bay filly. Whiskey Shooter is ready and raring to get back to the races on Saturday. She has come up an absolute treat this time in, her trial and jumpout have been strong and although she took some time to settle into the Melbourne way of going, she heads to this affair in great order. The filly has taken the trip to South Australia well in her stride so she is primed for a very strong showing on raceday and we expect to see her right there in the finish. Each way chance.

SATURDAY 13 APRIL 2019 – Randwick

Rail: +3m Entire

AUTUMN (Race 6, 2:25pm, 2400 metres, No. 9, jockey Tim Clark, 56kg)

Autumn (Medaglia D’Oro/Spring Venture) three-year old bay filly. Autumn showed us that she can make the grade at the highest level in her last start and we expect to see her improve on that performance Saturday. The filly is rock hard fit at present so the step up to 2400 metres will certainly suit. Although Autumn will face a tough field of three-year old fillies, she has drawn ideally in barrier three and there isn't much speed on so she should be able to get into a good rhythm early and prove very competitive on race day. Each way chance.

SEDANZER (Race 9, 4:30pm, 1600 metres, No. 11, jockey Tim Clark, 57kg)

Sedanzer (Sebring/Voltdanze) five-year old bay mare. Sedanzer did a wonderful job in the Group 2 Emancipation Stakes last time out before just peaking on her run late on a Heavy track. She has really hit her straps following the run and her last gallop ahead of the run on Tuesday morning was very strong. While we know Sedanzer is effective over a bit more ground, this is a very testing mile so we expect to see her in the finish come race day. Each way chance.

SATURDAY 13 APRIL 2019 – Caulfield

Rail: Out 13m Entire Circuit

ABIDING (Race 1, 12:20pm, 1200 metres, No. 8, apprentice Stephanie Thornton, 52kg)

Abiding (Not A Single Doubt/Gold Letter) two-year old bay colt. Abiding did a wonderful job when finishing a strong closing second on debut. He is stepping up in grade but the added distance will only see him improve and he has taken nice benefit from the raceday fitness and experience. The colt is right down in the weights with Stephanie's 2kg claim and we expect to see him prove competitive come race day. Each way chance.

TRANSACT (Race 5, 2:45pm, 2425 metres, No. 3, jockey Linda Meech, 56kg)

Transact (Dundeel/Rap Tale) three-year old bay gelding. Transact has done a wonderful job this preparation with two good placings from three runs. He is stepping right up to Stakes grade but he is just now getting fully fit so the 2425 metres will suit. Transact looks an absolute treat and he has trained on beautifully leading into this affair so we expect to see him right there in the finish on race day. Strong each way chance.

RUNAWAY (Race 9, 5:25pm, 1600 metres, No. 2, apprentice Ethan Brown, 58.5kg)

Runaway (Manhattan Rain/Catshaan) four-year old bay or brown rig. Runaway is yet to put a foot wrong this preparation. He has had the two trials which have brought his fitness on nicely so the 1600 metres first up will certainly suit. Although we know the gelding won't hit his straps until he gets over further and with a few runs under his belt, we expect to see him right there in the finish come race day. Each way chance.

SATURDAY 13 APRIL 2019 – Newcastle

Rail: +5m Entire Course

GOT YOUR SIX (Race 5, 2:49pm, 1200 metres, No. 9, jockey Lee Magorrian, 57.5kg)

Got Your Six (Snitzel/Nutkin) three-year old chestnut filly. Got Your Six is ready to salute the judge for the first time on Saturday. Your filly has done an exceptional job this preparation and although she is unlucky to still be a maiden, this race has come up a very winnable affair. She has relished the added time between runs, the trial has kept her fitness ticking over, the 1200 metres will suit and we expect to see her prove very tough to beat come race day. Winning chance.

ROMANTIC WHISPER (Race 5, 2:49pm, 1200 metres, No. 11, jockey Keagan Latham, 57.5kg)

Romantic Whisper (Medaglia D’Oro/Love To Tell) three-year old bay or brown filly. Romantic Whisper is yet to put a hoof wrong this preparation. She has returned to form for us better than ever and her trackwork leading into this run has been very strong. This filly has had a bit of time off the scene so she will improve with the added fitness moving forward, the 1200 metres first up will suit and we expect to see her right there in the finish come race day. Each way chance.

SUNDAY 14 APRIL 2019 – Pakenham

Rail: True Entire Circuit

GOODWOOD ZODIAC (Race 1, 12:25pm, 3200 metres, No. 3, jockey Shane Jackson, 68.5kg)

Goodwood Zodiac (Kodiac/Insieme) six-year old bay gelding. Goodwood Zodiac could not have been more impressive when winning his most recent hurdle trial. The gelding has really hit his straps over the jumps, he is engaged in his work and he is a very happy horse at present. Two of his three hurdle trials have been very eye catching, he is comfortable over the jumps and we expect to see him prove tough to beat on raceday. Winning chance.
