Gai Waterhouse & Adrian Bott Racing

News On An Old Timer

I always love to hear what our horses of days gone by have been getting up to. I received a lovely email last week from Tassie, who rehomed the beautiful Eisenhower (All American/Princess Chutima) from us in May 2016. Now affectionately known as 'Splash', here he is 3 years later. He is educated to Prelim Level Dressage and he now teaches beginner riders. He also does group birthday parties and therapy sessions.

Splash always had the most wonderful temperament when he was in training and it's so satisfying to see him thriving in his second career outside of racing. There are so many different disciplines for ex-racehorses to be retrained in and I'm delighted that Splash is bringing joy to so many. Thanks Tassie for giving him such a loving home.
