Gai Waterhouse & Adrian Bott Racing

Get to the Races Now!

Get involved with this precocious colt and get to the races now. With a wildly successful international pedigree, outstanding physique and mature temperament, this regally-bred colt screams two-year old winner.

In 2010, a striking two-year old with a royal pedigree burst onto the Australian racing scene. After winning the biggest juvenile races offered Down Under, Sepoy left no doubt that he was a force to be reckoned with. He kept to his winning ways in 2011, dominating his foes in the Group 1 Coolmore Stud Stakes and Group 1 Manikato Stakes. After being named Australia’s first International Champion three-year old, Sepoy retired to stud. Success in the breeding shed was inevitable for the well bred son of Elusive Quality, and he has already produced a sensation in the Group 1 winning mare, Alizee. The sky seems to be the limit for Sepoy and our colt is primed to follow in his footsteps.

Romincka, our colt’s dam, only adds to his internationally-flavoured pedigree. She is by More Than Ready, the sire of Waterhouse trainee and Champion 8 x Group 1 winning mare, More Joyous. Gai’s success with the More Than Ready progeny has been the most successful of any other trainer, having also trained Sebring, More Strawberries, Nayeli and over 90 other winners by the stallion. Romincka is out of Australian Champion Two-Year Old filly, Hasna, a 6 x winner at the age of two, including the Group 1 Champagne & Sires’ Produce Stakes. Our colt’s pedigree ticks all the boxes, with Black Type success everywhere you look.

He’s all class on the track, with a willing attitude and terrific natural speed. His athletic prowess is only natural given his outstanding pedigree. With multiple winning jumpouts under his belt, this colt is ready to trial when you are. Who doesn’t love instant gratification?
