An Exciting Time Of The Year

All trainers love this time of the year because the youngsters are coming in on a very regular basis to have a look around the track and get a feel of the big smoke.  And of course at Tulloch lodge there are a number of them going through their paces.

A filly that is shaping up nicely is the Hinchinbrook/Follow That Cat ’17. This beautiful feminine filly was purchased at the Magic Millions Gold Coast Sale for $320,000. She has a very can-do attitude, a beautiful disposition and it appears that she will be a very early precocious type. On Wednesday she completed a piece of pacework over 400 metres  showing a good attitude and a very fluid action which is essential to the making of a good racehorse.

One colt that has particularly taken my attention is the I Am Invincible/ Recurring Dream ’17 who was only mentioned a couple of days ago. He is one of the best looking colts we have in and he catches my eye every time he steps out on to the track.
