WEDNESDAY 20 JUNE 2018 – Canterbury

Rail: +8m Entire

GRACEFILLY (Race 3, 2:00pm, 1250 meters, No. 2, jockey Joshua Parr, 57.5kg)
Gracefilly (Snitzel/Graceful Devil) three-year old bay filly. Gracefilly has come through her last start win in super order and her work of late has been spot on. She is up in grade on Wednesday but she is a fit filly and has the class to win a race like this against her own age and sex. Solid each-way chance.

COONAWARRA (Race 6, 4:35pm, 1580 meters, No. 2, jockey Adam Hyeronimus, 59.5kg)
Coonawarra (Snitzel/Roses ‘N’ Wine) four-year old chestnut gelding. Coonawarra has taken plenty of benefit from his first up run and the step up the 1580 metres will certainly be in his favour. He has a big weight and there looks to be a few obvious dangers but we are confident he will put in a hugely improved performance come race day. Strong each-way chance.

THURSDAY 21 JUNE 2018 – Hawkesbury

Rail: +3m 1300m-400m, True Remainder

SOVIET (Race 2, 12:45, 1100 meters, No. 2, jockey Adam Hyeronimus, 58 kg)
Soviet (Stratum/Inchita) three-year old chestnut gelding. Soviet is raring to get back to the races on Thursday and it looks a very winnable race for the gelding over the 1100 metres. There does look to be a bit of speed on in the race and he has drawn out wide but he has the class to win a race like this and we are hopeful he can kick off his campaign on a winning note. Winning chance.

WESTROCK (Race 3, 1:20pm, 1600 meters, No. 2, jockey Adam Hyeronimus, 58.5kg)
Westrock (Pierro/Mae Gone West) three-year old bay gelding. Westrock is raring and ready to go over the mile on Thursday first up. There do look to be a few obvious dangers in the race but the gelding is in good order and we expect a competitive performance with improvement to come. Each-way chance.

ANTONIO’S PRIDE (Race 4, 1:55pm, 2000 meters, No. 1, jockey Adam Hyeronimus, 59kg)
Antonio’s Pride (Smart Missile/Alalunga) four-year old bay gelding. Antonio's Pride has taken no ill effect from his last start and is a very fit horse heading into Thursday. The step up in trip should suit him well, he looks in good order and he has his winning jockey aboard. Strong each-way chance.
