ALMALITA (Race 5, 2:35pm, 2100 metres, No. 3, apprentice Zack Spain, 57.5kg)
Almalita (Al Maher/Espalita) four-year old bay or brown mare. Almalita looks for her first city level win on Wednesday off the back of a strong second place last time out. She is the fittest horse in our stable and rates well in this big field of 15. The distance suits, she has had success on a soft track and with little early pace expected, we believe our honest mare will be right there in the finish. Winning chance.

WEDNESDAY 11 JULY 2018 - Warwick Farm

Rail: +3M ENTIRE

BELLE DU SUD (Race 4, 2:25pm, 1300 metres, No. 12, apprentice Rachel King, 53.5kg)
Belle Du Sud (Savabeel/Croix du Sud (NZ)) four-year old brown mare. Belle Du Sud gets back to the races on Wednesday with apprentice Rachel King set to ride. The mare has had a good preparation and looks well within herself, ticking all the boxes for her first race back. The 1300 metres will suit this mare first up, but we expect her to improve with added distance and fitness on her side. Each way chance.
