ROCKIN’ RUGA BOBS (Race 2, 6:45PM, 1100M, No. 4, jockey Tim Clark, 57kg)
Rockin' Ruga (Fastnet Rock/ Fastnet Rock) three-year-old gelding. Rockin' Ruga is heading into his debut off the back of two really solid trials this preparation. It looks a really nice race for him over the 1100 metres, he'll take plenty of improvement from the run but we are expecting him to be very competitive first up. Winning chance.

WHISKEY SHOOTER (Race 3, 7:15PM, 1100M, No. 10, jockey Tim Clark, 57kg)
Whiskey Shooter (Sebring/ Rocha) two-year-old filly. This filly debuts tonight over the 1100 metres which will suit as she prepares to go through her grades this preparation. Tim Clark knows her better than anyone, she has drawn well in barrier 4 from 10 and we’re expecting her to run a really nice race. Each-way chance.

LORD MACAU (Race 8, 9:45PM, 1900M, No. 4, jockey Rachel King, 58.5kg)
Lord Macau (Casino Prince/ Sweet Cheeks) four-year-old gelding. Lord Macau gets back to Canterbury on Friday night over the 1900 metres and he looks set to see out a very strong race. He has been consistent in his work and in his last three starts, he's rock hard fit and he rates nicely on paper. With the advantage of Rachel's claim, we’re expecting another competitive performance from the gelding. Good winning chance.

TERMINOLOGY (Race 2, 1:02PM, 1100M, No. 9, jockey Tim Clark, 55kg)
Terminology (Star Witness/ Taylor's Command) two-year-old filly. Terminology has done really well since her debut run. She has taken no ill effects from the start, she has travelled and settled into life in Queensland very well and we’re confident she can bounce back on Saturday. The form is strong as you would expect, but she rates nicely and we’re looking forward to a much improved performance. Winning chance.

Rail Position: True

STAR STATEMENT (Race 3 - 2:50PM, 1200M, No. 14, jockey Paul King, 55.5kg)
Star Statement (Star Witness/ Liza) three-year-old filly. Star Statement is in fine fettle heading into her debut on Saturday and it looks a nice starting point for her. She has drawn wide, but Paul King knows her well and he will give her every chance to find a prominent position in running. The experience will do her the world of good and expect improvement to come. Each-way chance.

AEECEE TONG DE (Race 3, 1:50PM, 1100M, No. 2, jockey Beau Mertens, 59kg)
Aeecee Tong De (Pierro/ Brandish) three-year-old filly. Aeecee Tong De has been faultless this campaign and her last start was really eye catching, having just been pipped on the line. She has only improved since then, it looks a really nice race for her on Sunday and she rates well from barrier 4. We’re expecting a big run. Strong winning chance.
