As the daughter of horse training parents based in Newmarket, England, Emma knows the industry well. Although

she originally sought to pursue a career in science, completing a degree in Human Bioscience at the University of

Exeter, her passion has always been with horses. During her time at university, she worked alongside Champion

Jumps trainer, David Pipe, and upon graduation Emma secured a place on the prestigious Godolphin Flying Start

Program. It was on the Australian leg of this program that Emma met Gai Waterhouse.

Emma now applies her comprehensive understanding of the industry to the ensure the effective management of

all horses at Gai Waterhouse & Adrian Bott Racing. Bringing her in-depth knowledge of the global trends of the

Thoroughbred industry, Emma’s role as Racing Manager sees her manage the weekly horse racing activities whilst

ensuring the health and well-being of all the stable horses.
